Love the ladies that work as cashiers they’re great. Very friendly. I’m not very talkative but with them I always end up having a conversation about the food available and how good it is. Their churros are so good. The bread is really good, the tamalitos de elote are delicious. Haven’t really tried other foods but I heard everything is delish.
The food was so delicious! I loved the rellenitos, chile relleno and chucos. The lady who attended me was very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will go back
Excellent place . I love the food there and special the deserts. If you are looking for a place with a great assortment of Guatemalan breads and bakeries this is absolutely the place. Even if you are a loyal client to the bakery in Hartford ( that place is great too!!!) you will find Cayala has a great quality and consistent. One feature that is the greatest is the hybrid-curbside pickup , just go inside order the food and then it will be delivery to your car , best system ever.!!!. Finally the best of Cayala is the employees , all the time they are polite , educated and provide an excellent customer service .
Comfortable, delicious, friendly, good and fair priced! Go here for fresh, tasty baked goods. Great place to sit down for a bite or drink. Hearty meals. We like the pupusas.
Always get my Sweet Guatemalan Bread . Gusanitos, cachos, champurradas, chocolate muffins. I’m always greeted with a smile and sometimes a joke. Great bakery and antojitos place. Great sandwiches, shucos (Guatemalan Hotdogs), tortillas con carne (steak on tortilla), etc.
My first time here. The service was great! The food was delicious and authentic! I highly recommend trying one of their breakfast pleasures, their empanadas and horchata! 👌✨ Gracias, I will be back with more people! 😁🤓 …
I’m Italian, but places like this is why I love to try all cuisines. Great Guatemalan food!! I might become addicted to their Rellenitos de plátano. ($2.43 w/ tax). I’m a huge fan of plantains and when you fry them with a refried bean/chocolate mixture on the inside….delicioso!!!! Their Chile Relleno sandwich ($4) was very good and light with fresh bread. Very friendly staff. I’ll be back to try some of their baked goods and pastries.
